We provide shipping exclusively within South Africa, partnering with the reliable courier service Fastway.
Shipping Times
Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. Delivery transit times typically range from 2–3 business days, making the total delivery time 3–5 business days.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Vereeniging Builders is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Particulars
- Deliveries occur during business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
- Orders will be shipped once payment has been confirmed.
- Customers will receive email notifications regarding the delivery process.
- A signature is required upon receipt of the goods.
- For orders with items sourced from multiple locations, deliveries may arrive in separate shipments.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, any delays will be communicated to you via email.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery to the physical address provided during purchase is unsuccessful, you will be notified via email. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.
In-Store Pickup
In-store collection is available free of charge. Arrangements should be made prior to collecting orders in-store.
