Custom or special-order items can only be returned if defective. Delivery costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

11. Delivery Policy

Orders are dispatched once full payment has been received. Delivery times range from 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. All products are shipped in sealed packaging, and customers are responsible for ensuring the package is received in the same condition.

12. Currency, VAT, and Payment Policy

Vereeniging Builders operates in South Africa, and all prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR), inclusive of 15% VAT. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, EFT, or direct deposit. Lay-by options are available for up to 6 months, interest-free. Refunds are processed for items returned in their original condition within 14 days. Payment details must be accurate, and Vereeniging Builders is not responsible for the misuse of banking credentials.
